Through the expertise of our engineering design team and our polyester reinforcement technology, GRP Industries can manufacture technical fiberglass products that comply with international standards.

Our manufacturing facilities cover an area of 130,000 sq. ft. and are spread across three production units. These production units work cohesively at different stages of the production cycle.  To view more pictures of our production facility, please click here.

We have the infrastructure and capability to manufacture by contact molding, injection molding and cold press molding.  The manufacturing is carried out in a dust free air-conditioned environment to ensure quality consistency. The high quality of our products is also credited to the in-house design and production of our molds.

Our engineering design team develops our molds by factoring in client specifications and technical functionality & reliability.  Storage, maintenance and replacement of molds are carried out periodically to ensure the quality of our products.  Our vast inventory of molds allows us to have a wide range of sizes for our products; which we are confident will meet any client requirements.

We follow a strict quality control policy that is implemented by our Quality Control department.  Our quality control procedures adhere to the Quality Assurance ISO 9001 standard (to view ISO 9001 certificate, please click here). 

Not only are our products tested by independent testing centers, we test our products in-house for water proofing, tensile & flexural strength, hardness and weight.  Quality is one of GRP Industries’ USP and an attribute that our clients rely on.
